There are no refunds for early returns. However, one instrument can be exchanged for another of equal or lesser value at any time during the rental period, or for an instrument of greater value as long as the price difference is paid at that time.
If you choose to return the instrument at any time during or after the trial rental period, you may leave it at school as long as you obtain a return authorization number from Elefante Music. The instrument will not be picked up without a return authorization number.
