All rental payments are due in advance and are not contingent upon practice, lesson, or school schedules.
Rental payments are non-refundable.
There will be a charge for returned checks.
As the renter, you are responsible for damage or loss of the instrument due to negligence.
If your account becomes sixty (60) days past due, as its option, Elefante Music can void any credits and/or send the account to collection.
Renter is responsible for the condition and safe-keeping of the instrument.
Elefante Music is the only repair shop allowed to handle the instrument.
